NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN QUEBEC AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND REPRESENT THAT YOU MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

OVERVIEW

The Stylish Occult “Creator Collection” Repost Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by SpindleHorse (“Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2026 at 10:00am Pacific Time and ends on August 15th, 2026 at 10:00am Pacific Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor, Shark Robot, and any companies involved in the administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by:

  1. Reposting one (1) eligible social media post celebrating the release of the Stylish Occult Creator Collection: Mel's Collection from an official SpindleHorse social media account.

  2. Making the repost publicly visible on an eligible social media platform.

  3. Including the hashtag #ItsMillieTime in the repost.

Eligible platforms include Instagram, X, Bluesky, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform designated by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entries must remain publicly visible through the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor must be able to locate the entry using the hashtag #ItsMillieTime.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Each entry must consist of a repost of a different eligible SpindleHorse promotional post. Reposting the same post multiple times or submitting duplicate entries may result in disqualification.

Eligible Posts: Only social media posts published by SpindleHorse during the Sweepstakes Period that promote the Stylish Occult Creator Collection: Mel's Collection and are designated by Sponsor as eligible for this Sweepstakes qualify for entry.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, inaccessible due to private account settings, missing the required hashtag, or otherwise unable to be located or verified.

WINNER SELECTION

At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will randomly select:

  • One (1) Grand Prize Winner

  • Two (2) Runner-Up Winners

Random drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Popularity or social media engagement will not affect the outcome.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be contacted through direct message on the social media platform used for entry. Please have DMs open to be contacted.

Potential winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.

Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before being confirmed as a winner.

If a potential winner:

  • cannot be contacted;

  • fails to respond within the required timeframe;

  • is determined to be ineligible;

  • refuses the prize; or

  • fails to comply with these Official Rules,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.

PRIZES

Grand Prize (1)

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) complete Mel’s Collection merchandise collection available through Stylish Occult.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $375

Runner-Up Prize (2)

Two (2) winners will each receive:

  • One (1) Millie sport jersey in each color

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $72

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $519

Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s name, username, likeness, city/state or province, submitted artwork, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • violates these Official Rules;

  • tampers with the Sweepstakes;

  • uses automated methods to enter;

  • submits fraudulent entries;

  • engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances impair its integrity.

Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Warren James, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, advertising agencies, and promotion partners from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet outages, platform interruptions, incorrect hashtags, deleted posts, or any failure of an entry to be received.

SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Bluesky, YouTube, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.

GOVERNING LAW

For participants residing in the United States, these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

For participants residing in Canada, these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws applicable within their province of residence except where otherwise required by law.

PRIVACY

Information collected from Winners will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and fulfillment of prizes and will otherwise be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
